NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Inside Sales Rep to drive growth in our fast-growing home services team. This full-time role focuses on closing sales, presenting plumbing solutions, and leveraging a strong service portfolio.

You will handle inbound leads, manage CRM-driven activities, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure excellent customer experiences, with daily/weekly KPI targets and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven in-home sales experience.
• Must have plumbing industry experience (2+ years).
• Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills.
