Job summary

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and seeking motivated individuals to join as junior level HVAC installers, training in the trades. This trainee role supports our Novato office and Bay Area service area, offering hands-on learning with experienced technicians.

You’ll assist on service calls and installations, learn troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and develop the skills to become a skilled HVAC technician.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in HVAC or skilled trades.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Trade school enrollment or completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with HVAC service calls and installations.
• Learn basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Help prepare job sites, tools, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as junior level HVAC installers, looking to continue their training in the trades. Please only apply if 1) you have a clean driving record and 2) have experience of at least one year in HVAC field work and/or HVAC school. If you do not have HVAC experience, you must include a cover letter detailing why you are still a good candidate and have applicable trades experience. Applicants who do not include this will not be considered.

Bellows services customers throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area. This position supports our North Bay operations, out of our Novato office, and serves Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. Position Overview
