Plumbline Services, LLC is seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced technicians, and develop the skills needed for a long-term career in residential HVAC.

You will assist with service and installation projects, gain field experience, and learn industry best practices while delivering exceptional customer service and growing professionally in a supportive, team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with residential service and installation projects.
• Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools for daily tasks.
• Support installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems (ACs, furnaces, ducts, thermostats, ductless systems, air filtration, zoning).
• Utilize hand tools and safety equipment to perform work.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory; follow safety standards and codes.

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians and installers, gaining valuable field experience while providing exceptional customer service and learning industry best practices.

What Will I Do?

• Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential service and installation projects
• Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools needed for daily assignments
• Support the installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems, including
• Air conditioners
• Furnaces
• Ductwork
• Thermostats
• Ductless mini-split systems
• Air filtration systems
• Zoning systems and dampers
• Low- and high-voltage wiring
• Utilize hand tools, ladders, gauges, recovery machines, and other HVAC equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels
• Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national codes
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical knowledge and certifications
