Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential service and installation projects.
• Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools needed for daily assignments.
• Support the installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems, including: air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, thermostats, ductless mini-split systems, air filtration systems, zoning systems and dampers, low- and high-voltage wiring.
• Utilize hand tools, ladders, gauges, recovery machines, and other HVAC equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels.
• Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical knowledge and certifications.

  • Bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
