Job summary

DEAR Services is seeking a Plumbing Helper to install customized residential plumbing solutions and talk with clients as you complete maintenance and service tasks.

You’ll work on your own or with a team, travel to client locations as needed, lift up to 50 pounds, have own tools, and pass a background check. We offer benefits and paid training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have own tools and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and have a WA state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work with your hands and engage conversations with clients doing maintenance and service tasks.
• Install customized plumbing solutions that fit clients’ needs, wants, and budget.
• Travel to customer locations as needed and operate in small spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Maintain organization and time management while providing quality service to residential clients.

As a Plumbing Helper for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work

with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance and

service tasks. Work one-on-one with our residential clients to install customized

solutions that fit our clients’ needs, wants, and budget while showing off your

craftsmanship!

1+ Years of Residential Plumbing experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to travel to customer locations as needed

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems, hand/power

tools, and trade knowledge

Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances

Positive attitude

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must have own tools

Must be comfortable operating in small spaces (ex. Crawl spaces and attics)

Hard working
