Job summary

DEAR Services is seeking a 02 Journeyman Plumber to install customized residential plumbing solutions and work closely with clients to fit their needs, wants, and budget. You will demonstrate craftsmanship while engaging clients one-on-one at their homes.

We offer ongoing training, incentives for education, and opportunities to advance as you grow with the company. Travel to customer locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have WA State 02 Journeyman Plumber license.
• Three years (6,000 hours) of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of successful installation or service.
• Valid WA State driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must provide own tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems and hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell and install customized plumbing solutions for residential clients.

As a 02 Journeyman Plumber for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients while improving their lives. Work one‑on‑one with our residential clients to sell and install customized solutions that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

• Must have a valid WA State 02 Journeyman Plumber license
• 3 years (6,000 hours) of hands‑on residential plumbing experience.
• Must have a proven track record of successful installation or service
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co‑worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
• Must be able to install plumbing hardware
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances

Compensation

• Pay: $125K - $150K
