DEAR Services is seeking a 02 Journeyman Plumber to work with residential clients, selling and installing customized solutions that fit needs and budgets while showcasing craftsmanship.

You will work one-on-one with clients, travel to locations, and collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and teammates to ensure code-compliant installations. We offer ongoing training, incentives for education, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WA State 02 Journeyman Plumber license.
• Residential plumbing experience required: 3 years (6,000 hours).
• Proven record of successful installations or services.
• Ability to coordinate with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers while following codes.

As a 02Journeyman Plumber for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients while improving their lives. Work one-on-one with our residential clients to sell and install customized solutions that fit our clients’ needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

• Must have a valid WA State 02 Journeyman Plumber license
• 3 years (6,000 hours) of hands on residential plumbing experience.
• Must have a proven track record of successful installation or service
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
• Must be able to install plumbing hardware
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Positive attitude

• Must be reliable
• Must have a valid WA State driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide own tools
• Must be comfortable in small spaces (ex. crawl spaces and attics).

Compensation

• Pay: $125K - $200K
