DEAR Services is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to work with residential clients, selling and installing tailored plumbing solutions while delivering craftsmanship. You will collaborate with team members, inspectors, and customers to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction in diverse home settings.

We offer ongoing training, incentives for education, and opportunities for advancement. A valid WA State Journeyman license, 3 years of residential plumbing experience, and own tools

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WA State Journeyman Plumber license.
• Minimum 3 years (6,000 hours) of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of installation or service.
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and fellow technicians.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Own plumbing tools required.
• Valid WA State driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with various residential plumbing systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to sell and install customized plumbing solutions.
• Provide hands-on plumbing service and installations.
• Coordinate with inspectors, suppliers, and team to ensure code-compliant work.
• Travel to customer locations as needed and work independently or with a team.

As a 02 Journeyman Plumber for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients while improving their lives. Work one-on-one with our residential clients to sell and install customized solutions that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

• Must have a valid WA State 02 Journeyman Plumber license
• 3 years (6,000 hours) of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
• Must have a proven track record of successful installation or service
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
• Must be able to install plumbing hardware
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances

Compensation
