DEAR Services is seeking an Electrical Helper to work on residential electrical tasks and client-facing service engagements. You will assist with maintenance, discuss options that fit customers’ needs and budget, and travel to client locations as required.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and reliable, safety‑minded workmanship. A WA state driver’s license and own tools are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have own tools.
• Must pass a background check and have WA state driver’s license.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in various situations.
• Willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Familiar with residential electrical systems and trade knowledge.

Full job description

As an Electrical Helper for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to

work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance

and service tasks. Work one-on-one with our residential Electrical clients to build and

present options that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your

craftsmanship!

1+ Years of Residential Electrical experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to travel to customer locations as needed

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances

Positive attitude

Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power

tools, and trade knowledge.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must have own tools

Must be comfortable operating in small spaces (ex. Crawl spaces and attics)

Hard working

Must be reliable

Must have a valid WA State driver’s

Must pass a background check
