Peyton Resource Group is seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter Foreman to lead commercial mechanical piping projects in the San Antonio area. You will supervise field crews, coordinate daily installation activities, and ensure piping systems are installed safely and according to project specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of piping systems, and the ability to read blueprints.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial pipe fitting or mechanical piping experience.
• Foreman/lead/crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial piping systems and installation methods.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and construction documents.
• Commitment to site safety and quality standards.

Mansioni

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter Foreman to lead commercial mechanical piping projects in the San Antonio area. Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead pipe fitters and apprentices on commercial job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Layout, assemble, install, and inspect commercial piping systems.
• Coordinate daily work with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor job progress and communicate field issues or changes to project leadership.
• Enforce company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial pipe fitting or mechanical piping experience.
• Previous foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial piping systems, installation methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of job-site safety and quality standards.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
