Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field projects, ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will train teams, coordinate with customers and inspectors, and travel to a 16,000-square-foot training facility in St.

Petersburg, Florida for customized courses. The role requires five years of supervisory plumbing experience, a current or near-term license, IPC knowledge, and solid computer/writing skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of field supervision on multimillion-dollar plumbing projects.
• Active plumbing or HVAC license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficient knowledge of IPC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and general contractor to resolve conflicts and maintain service quality.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.
