Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field teams on new plumbing projects, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction. You’ll travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility for customized courses at our St.

Petersburg, Florida headquarters, with access to field tech tools such as iPads. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field supervision on plumbing projects, and can obtain a plumbing license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of field supervision on multimillion-dollar plumbing projects.
• Ability to obtain a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license within 90 days.
• Proficient knowledge of IPC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts while delivering excellent service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.
