Qualifications

• 6–8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with 2–4 years in a Lead/Foreman role.
• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License is required.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and train a team effectively.
• Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all local and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and ensure the successful installation of commercial plumbing systems from the ground up.
• Supervise and lead a team of 2–4 apprentices on commercial new construction and retrofit projects.
• Coordinate installations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
