Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on major high-rise and commercial projects in Texas, with travel between Midland and the DFW area. You will manage manpower, production, safety, and coordination with the project team to meet schedule and quality goals.

A valid plumbing license is required; you should have 5+ years of supervisor experience on large-scale hospitality or multifamily builds, and familiarity with pressure zoning systems and codes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active plumbing license.
• Demonstrated leadership of plumbing field crews (5+ workers).
• Experience with high-rise, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of pressure zoning systems in high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation standards.
• Stable employment history and reliable work ethic.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop plumbing field crews.
• Plan daily production for contracted plumbing scope.
• Manage manpower and materials to meet schedules.
• Perform quality control to meet codes and project specs.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, GC, inspectors, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts to prevent delays.
• Uphold safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
• Read and interpret plans and construction documents.
• Mentor field personnel as Texas plumbing grows.
