Job summary

FOKIS Mechanical in Florida is seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead onsite plumbing teams on diverse commercial projects. The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will oversee scheduling, material orders, field reporting, and document control, while ensuring OSHA standards are met. Procore experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumber with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
• Experience with Procore for project management.
• Ability to manage up to 10 tradesmen and crews.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbers and apprentices on site.
• Ensure safety procedures and project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate material orders and logistics.
• Develop trade-specific project schedules.
