The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plumbing experience with 1-2 years in supervision, holds an Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license, and can read blueprints, coordinate workflow, and mentor crew members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience, with supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and installation techniques.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a field crew.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct plumbing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily workflow, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues before final walkthrough
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to management
