Job summary

Nash Plumbing LLC is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to lead our field operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee daily plumbing activities across multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining top quality and safety standards.

In this fast-paced construction environment, you will mentor crews, review plans and codes, and collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing field operations across multiple job sites in the Phoenix area.
• Manage, mentor, and schedule plumbing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Review blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure code-compliant installations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on rough-in, underground, and finish plumbing work.
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with local Phoenix/Arizona plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies.
• Track material procurement, equipment needs, and job site inventory to prevent delays.
