Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead a skilled team in delivering high-quality field work.

The role involves advanced plumbing services, mentorship of technicians, and assisting in department development while maintaining detailed service records. Qualifications include 8-10+ years of plumbing experience, NC P1 license (preferred) or P2 license (minimum), strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving.

• Serve as the backup plumbing license holder.
• Lead the plumbing department in the absence of the plumbing manager.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.

What You'll Do as the Plumbing Field Supervisor
