MHP (Mark Harris Plumbing Co., Inc.) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the field across multifamily, commercial, and renovation projects in Southern California. You will oversee crews, coordinate manpower, and set field standards to ensure on-time, on-budget installation with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will mentor foremen, work with Project Management on sequencing, and advocate for efficient workflows and prefabrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple projects and oversee manpower.
• Mentor foremen and develop field leaders.
• Collaborate with Project Management, purchasing, and preconstruction on sequencing and installation.
• Set field standards and optimize prefabrication and workflows.
• Be involved early in constructability, sequencing, and scheduling to prevent field issues.
• Maintain safety and quality as core standards.
