Job summary

TR Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Service Manager / Field Supervisor to lead residential plumbing crews, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. You will oversee proposal creation, scheduling, dispatch support, and rigorous adherence to WSSC code, while coaching technicians and driving jobs from intake to invoicing.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive plumbing experience, and a track record of coordinating crews, with opportunities for advancement toward journeyman/master

Qualifications

• Extensive residential & commercial plumbing experience with supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of WSSC plumbing code, permitting, and inspection processes for Montgomery/Prince George’s.
• Proven ability to lead crews, manage schedules/dispatch, and handle customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of plumbers and apprentices.
• Read plans to create accurate proposals for builders’ projects from rough-in to completion.
• Support dispatch by matching technicians to jobs and keeping the service board moving efficiently.
