Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and boiler systems.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure compliance with local fire, OSHA, EPA, and state agency regulations.
• Participate in weekend and night on-call rotations.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
