Qualifications

• 1+ years of drain cleaning, plumbing, or related service experience preferred.
• Experience with sewer camera inspections and hydro jetting is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb, kneel, crouch, and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain and sewer line blockages
• Perform drain cleaning using cable machines, hydro jetting, and other specialized equipment
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and accurately identify system issues
• Recommend repair and replacement solutions when needed
• Educate customers on findings and available service options
• Maintain accurate service records and collect payments when required
• Care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call
