C&C Myers Heating, Cooling Plumbing & Electric is seeking a motivated Drain Technician to join our growing plumbing team in Charleston. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential drains, perform camera inspections, and operate hydro-jetting equipment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requires at least 1 year of drain experience, a valid driver's license, and strong mechanical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of drain experience as Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, and working in varied environments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new methods and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues.
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques.
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns.
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
• Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems.
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management.
