Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement company.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client calls and schedule service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians and communicate ETA to clients.
• Maintain daily/weekly schedules and manage mileage.
• Obtain and maintain necessary job permits and relay messages between staff.
• Address customer questions or concerns.
