Job summary

Bee’s Plumbing and Heating in West Seattle is seeking a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to coordinate service requests, dispatch field technicians, and serve as the central communication hub for customers and internal teams.

This role requires strong multitasking, clear written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Service Titan; you will monitor schedules, respond to emergencies, allocate resources, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch field technicians.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers, teams, and management.
• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time.
• Maintain records in Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
