Etna Supply seeks a Plumbing Customer Service Representative to support established customers by phone, email, and website chat. You will manage orders, quotes, and job files from start to finish while coordinating shipping, inventory, billing, and service needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Eclipse is a plus in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience or training.
• Working knowledge of plumbing products and their applications preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Eclipse software; basic math for margins and discounts.

Responsibilities
