Job summary

Etna Supply, a longtime plumbing and related wholesale distributor in Michigan, is seeking a Plumbing Customer Service Representative to join our Kalamazoo team. You will handle orders by phone, email, and chat, coordinating shipping, billing, and service needs to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include processing orders and quotes, resolving account issues, supporting inventory and showroom operations, and collaborating with outside sales reps and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience or training preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing products is helpful.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email, and website chat.
• Manage orders, quotes, and job files from start to finish.
• Coordinate shipping, inventory, billing, and service needs.
• Address billing concerns and route issues to the proper department.
• Assist inventory control and showroom operations as needed.
