Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. is seeking a Product Channel Manager - Plumbing to lead channel strategy, assortment direction, and margin performance for plumbing categories across markets.

This role partners with Division Managers, regional leadership, and sales teams to ensure the right products, vendors, and programs support branch growth and margin improvement. The position is regional with remote flexibility and travel.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of wholesale distribution experience.
• Experience in product/category management and plumbing products.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating vendor programs and line reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel strategy for plumbing across markets and regions.
• Align vendor programs with division and regional priorities.
• Provide pricing guidance and support margin initiatives.
• Translate strategy into branch-level actions and field tools.
• Support branch needs including product selection and availability.
• Lead product lifecycle management and inventory planning.
