Job summary

Air Tech of Katy is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our plumbing team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training, focused on residential and light commercial plumbing, with room to grow in a family-owned company.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour. Day shifts with weekend availability. Must reliably commute to Katy, Texas or relocate prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Hard-working and eager to learn plumbing basics.
• Experience with plumbing preferred but not required.
• Must have good communication and be mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and light commercial plumbing tasks.
• Receive hands-on training and support with tools, parts, delivery, and installation.
• Help prepare and organize work areas with tools and materials.
• Dig trenches and holes for laying pipes and fittings.
• Cut, bend, thread, and join pipes.
• Assist in repairing plumbing problems.
• Operate hand and power tools and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Follow safety requirements and company standards.

What you will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST plumbers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial plumbing
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Help prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and materials
• Dig trenches and holes for laying pipes and fittings.
• Assist in cutting, bending, threading, and joining pipes.
• Assist in repairing plumbing problems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Assist with plumbing according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
