Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper to support licensed plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing systems. You will assist with installations, troubleshooting, and safety compliance on a fast-paced job site.

You will transport tools, communicate professionally with customers, and participate in training to grow your plumbing skills and career within a supportive, team-oriented company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the plumbing trade.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Help install water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, piping, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Cut, measure, assemble, and prepare pipe and plumbing materials.
• Clean and organize work areas before, during, and after each job.
• Load and unload company vehicles while ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.
• Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues under the direction of a licensed plumber.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers while representing the company.
• Complete basic job documentation and assist with updating work orders using Service Titan or similar software.
• Participate in training and continue developing plumbing knowledge and skills.
