Air Tech of Katy is seeking a self-motivated licensed plumber to join our growing team in Katy, TX. We offer uncapped pay potential with commission-based pay for licensed plumbers and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include diagnosing residential plumbing issues, performing timely repairs, and ensuring code compliance, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing license: Journeyman or Master Plumber.
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential plumbing and small commercial issues.
• Execute troubleshooting to identify root causes of plumbing problems.
• Perform timely repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally with customers to explain concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of services and document before/after photos.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and attend required safety training.

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers

• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company

Who you are:

• 3+ Years Plumbing experience preferred
• Plumbing license: Tradesman, Journeyman or Masters
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
