Job summary

Air Tech of Katy is seeking a self-motivated licensed plumber to join our growing team. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, perform inspections, and provide excellent customer service while documenting work with photos.

Role requires Journeyman or Master license, 3+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of plumbing systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with uncapped pay potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing license: Journeyman, Master preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing issues.
• Execute troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to explain concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of services, including before/after photos.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and attend required safety training.

Who you are:

• 3+ Years Plumbing experience preferred
• Plumbing license: Tradesman, Journeyman or Masters
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
