Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an Apprentice Plumber to join our Residential New Construction department in San Antonio, TX. Learn from experienced, licensed plumbers while contributing to new home construction projects. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a willingness to learn the trade.

Full-time with potential overtime; pay rate $15–$18 per hour DOE. Requirements include a Texas Driver's License, pre-employment drug screen, background check, and TSBPE

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist experienced, licensed plumbers with installing water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent piping, gas piping, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components in new residential construction.
• Learn and follow proper installation procedures, jobsite instructions, and safety practices.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize plumbing tools and materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including company vehicles.

Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing islooking for a dependable, motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our ResidentialNew Construction department. This is an opportunity to learn the plumbing tradewhile working alongside experienced, licensed plumbers on new home constructionprojects. We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, puts safetyfirst, follows instructions, and takes pride in learning the trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistexperienced, licensed plumbers with installing water supply lines, drain,waste, and vent piping, gas piping, fixtures, valves, and other plumbingcomponents in new residential construction
  
• Learnand follow proper installation procedures, jobsite instructions, andsafety practices
  
• Load,unload, transport, and organize plumbing tools and materials
  
• Maintainclean, organized, and safe work areas, including company vehicles
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Someonecomfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors in varyingweather conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather
  
• Someonewho works cooperatively with licensed plumbers and other crew members
  
• Someonewho pays attention to details and takes pride in doing quality work
  

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 perhour/DOE

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:00 a.m.
  
• Full-time position with possible overtime
  
• Flexibility to work later when necessary
  

Requirements

Thisposition requires:

• AvalidTexasDriver's License
  
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen & background check
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, climb, and work invarious positions for extended periods
  
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  

Current registration with the Texas State Board ofPlumbing Examiners (TSBPE) is preferred but not required at the time ofapplication. Candidates selected for employment who are not currently licensedmust submit an online Apprentice Plumber registration application through the TSBPEwebsite and complete the required fingerprinting before their first day ofemployment. Obtaining and maintaining an active TSBPE Apprentice Plumberregistration is a condition of continued employment in this position.
