Britton WaterWorks Plumbing is seeking an ambitious Registered Apprentice who is ready to elevate their skills, learn from seasoned Master Plumber.

We are a company that actively prioritizes internal talent development. In this role, you won't just keep your current license—you will receive the hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience necessary to prepare for your Tradesman and Journeyman exam while learning advanced industry responsibilities.

Total Compensation & Core Benefits

• Earning Potential: $33,000 to $50,000 annually, paid out weekly. Includes consistent weekly overtime availability, performance bonuses, tips, and additional supplemental income opportunities.

• Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule (8-12-hour shifts) with occasional weekends and no on-call rotations.

What You Will Do & Learn

Duties

Working alongside our elite service technicians, you will gain deep, hands-on exposure to high-level residential service procedures, diagnostics, and client care. Daily duties include:

• Assisting with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and system troubleshooting.
• Learning to resolving issues with residential water, drain, and gas piping networks.
• Assisting with replacing and updating residential plumbing fixtures and components.
• Learning advanced diagnostic techniques under the guidance of senior technicians.

Position Requirements

• Licensing: An active and valid Texas Apprentice Registration.
• Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance.
• Background: Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Experience & Attitude: Prior residential plumbing experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and an intense desire to learn and advance in the trade are non-negotiable.
