Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman/master plumbers with daily tasks and service calls.
• Help install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems.
• Prepare and clean job sites before and after work is completed.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Learn to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and plumbing codes.
• Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean and working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Complete required training and certifications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Punctual, dependable, and respectful to customers and coworkers
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools is a plus (not required)
• Must be able to follow instructions and work well under supervision
