• Ability to follow instructions from experienced plumbers and the Construction Manager.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing plumbing training and professional development.
• Ability to maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a neat and professional condition.
• Strong communication and follow-through on active construction jobsites.
• Interest in developing hands-on skills in residential plumbing, commercial plumbing, plumbing installation, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Plumbing Construction Apprentice/Helper throughout San Antonio, Selma, and surrounding areas in Texas.
• Work under the direction of a plumber to support residential and commercial plumbing installations.
• Assist with the proper installation of plumbing systems and equipment at customer locations and construction jobsites.
• Help complete installations correctly and according to company standards.
• Learn and follow plumbing installation methods and quality standards.
• Follow scheduling and job assignments provided by the Construction Manager.
• Keep your plumber and construction team informed of your location and jobsite movements.
• Help address jobsite problems and follow through when issues arise.
