Responsibilities
- Standard Plumbing & Mechanical Maintenance: Execute standard facility plumbing repairs, monitor pipe circulation, handle fixture installations, and perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Advanced Carpentry & Cabinetry Installation: Construct, repair, and install custom and standard cabinetry, countertops, shelving, doors, frameworks, and wood structures according to blueprints or layouts.
- Flooring & Tile Work: Perform hands-on installation, repair, and replacement of various flooring materials, cove bases, ceiling tiles, and wall/floor tile work.
- General Structural Maintenance: Perform architectural repairs, drywall taping, structural woodwork adjustments, and finish work to ensure the facility remains fully functional.
- Environment Safety: Assist departments across the facility to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
