Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions seeks Plumbers to support the Veteran community in the Montgomery, AL area. Positions are open to Locum or Traveling professionals for a 1-year contract, with a workday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Responsibilities include testing joints for leaks, installing and repairing valves, and inspecting piping after repairs. OSHA 30-hour certification and 3+ years of plumbing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of professional plumbing experience and knowledge in the construction field.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Work at heights and climb ladders.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Work in high temperatures.
• Work in a noisy environment.
• Potential hazardous exposures such as asbestos, machine parts, soot, dirt, grease, chemicals, oil, and fumes.
• Ability to function safely while wearing a respirator.

8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Federal Holidays excluded.
