Job summary

Terrestris LLC is seeking a skilled Plumber in Montgomery, AL for a 1-year contract. The role requires testing joints, installing and repairing valves, and inspecting piping after work is completed. Standard schedule is 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Applicants should have 3+ years of plumbing experience, OSHA 30-hour certification, and be able to lift 50 lbs. OSHA respirator work, confined spaces, noise, and temp exposure are expected; VA experience

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of professional plumbing experience and knowledge in construction.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Work at heights and climb ladders.
• Work in confined spaces, high temperatures, and noisy environments.
• Possible exposures to asbestos, soot, chemicals, oil and fumes.
• Ability to work safely while wearing an OSHA-approved respirator.
• Standing and bending for long periods.
• VA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experience fixing and repairing toilets and sinks.
• Using hand and power tools common to the trade.
