Job summary

Robison Plumbing Service in Bremerton, WA is seeking licensed Residential Service Plumbers to diagnose, repair and maintain plumbing systems for homeowners. You’ll work in the field with support from a skilled office staff, enjoy stable, long-term work, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Requirements include WA license PL01 or PL02, at least two years residential plumbing experience, clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid WA plumbing license (PL01/PL02) required or eligible to obtain.
• Minimum two years residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of WA plumbing codes and safety.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Position Overview:

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll help homeowners diagnose, repair, and maintain their plumbing systems while providing a high level of customer service. You'll enjoy the independence of working in the field while remaining connected to a knowledgeable office staff and supportive team.

Qualifications:

• Washington State Plumbing License (PL01 or PL02) required, or currently licensed in another state with the ability to obtain Washington licensing
• At least two years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, troubleshooting techniques, and industry best practices
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities efficiently
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas while lifting up to 80 pounds
• Signing Bonus -Up to $5000 available for qualified applicants
• Income Potential - Commission based compensation structure with typical earnings from $60,000 - $100,000+ annually.
