Job summary

Springer Plumbing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Service Plumber in Washington. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues, installing and maintaining plumbing systems, and ensuring work complies with codes.

You will respond to service calls, document work in ServiceTitan, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of service plumbing experience, a valid WA license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Washington state plumbing license (PL01/PL02/PL04) required.
• Minimum 2 years of service plumbing experience required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred.
• Excavator experience/certification preferred (not required).
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude essential.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen (THC excluded).

What You'll Do

As a Service Plumber, you'll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to keep their plumbing systems operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems and fixtures
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Respond promptly to service and emergency repair calls
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow industry regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly
• Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
• Represent Springer Plumbing with professionalism at every customer interaction

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State PL01, PL02, or PL04 License
• Minimum of 2 years of Service Plumbing experience
• Strong residential plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• ServiceTitan Experience
• Excavator Experience / Certification (Preferred, not required)
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (THC excluded)
