You'll run calls, diagnose the issue, and offer the customer options during a free onsite inspection; your pay is a percentage of the completed job. There's no hourly cap on what a strong technician can earn, but this is not an hourly-wage role — apprentices and helpers are paid hourly, licensed techs are paid on commission.

Core Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Licensing (Required): WA Residential Specialty Plumber (PL02) License OR 2nd/3rd Year Plumber Apprentice.
• Experience (Preferred): Minimum 3 years of hands-on, verifiable residential plumbing service experience.
• Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record.
