Qualifications

• Current Washington State PL02 Residential Plumbing License required
• PL01 Journeyman License also accepted
• Residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently on service calls

Compensation

• $45.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience
• PLUS bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing components
• Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work safely and efficiently
• Clearly explain findings and repair/replacement options to homeowners
• Help customers make informed decisions without high-pressure tactics
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Maintain accurate job notes and service documentationFollow company safety standards and all applicable plumbing codes
• Treat every customer's home with care and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Current Washington State PL02 Residential Plumbing License required
• PL01 Journeyman Plumbing License also accepted
• Residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to confidently explain repair and replacement options
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of each service call
