CBRE is seeking a skilled plumber to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on plumbing, medical gas, and distribution systems across facilities. You will lead inspections, support projects, and ensure safety standards are followed.
Required Journeyman plumbing certification with 4–5 years' related experience; a valid driver's license is a must. Medical Gas and Backflow certifications are preferred; MS Office familiarity is expected for reporting and documentation.

As a CBRE Plumber, you will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and medical gas supply and distribution system.
Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair.
Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.
Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.
Complete all HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level required. Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred. Valid Driver’s License required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
