Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Plumbers with residential repairs, installations, and diagnostics.
• Manage tools and materials; load/unload trucks; ensure lead has what is needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site before, during, and after service calls.
• Deliver professional customer service and greet homeowners.
• Follow safety protocols and local codes; take direction from senior team members.

Job Summary

In this role, you will work side‑by‑side with experienced Licensed Plumbers, gaining hands‑on experience in residential service, repair, and installation. We provide the mentorship, paid training, and clear career pathway you need to earn your plumbing license and build a lifelong career.

Job Duties

• Assist Lead Plumbers: Help with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Tool & Material Management: Load and unload trucks, carry equipment, and ensure the Lead Plumber has the necessary tools for each job.
• Job Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area before, during, and after service calls.
• Customer Interaction: Greet homeowners politely, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols, local plumbing codes, and instruction from senior team members.

Minimum Requirements

• Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn the plumbing trade, take direction well, and work hard.

Compensation: $48,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
