Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking a plumber to service, repair, and replace plumbing systems for our clients. You will follow company pricing, maintain a neat work area, and verify each job is completed before leaving. You will explain services to customers, uphold safety on the job and in the vehicle, and ensure customers are satisfied.

Training is available for juniors and experienced plumbers alike. Franchise locations set their own compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Junior plumbers are training/apprentice level.
• Lead/Master plumbers operate their own truck.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call.
• Wears floor savers and keeps a neat work area during repairs.
• Tests job parts before leaving to ensure proper operation.
• Explains services to clients and ensures 100% satisfaction.
• Maintains a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Keeps the vehicle clean inside/outside at all times.

Job Summary

A plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

Job Duties

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
• Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
