Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking a senior plumber to serve clients by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems on-site. You will follow company pricing forms, wear floor savers, and keep a neat work area while performing repairs.

You will explain each service to customers and ensure they are 100% satisfied. Candidates must hold state plumbing licenses and typically operate their own truck, with compensation based on a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable plumbing certifications and licensing as required by your state.
• Senior level experience with own service truck is typical.
• Ability to follow company pricing forms and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems for clients.
• Use company pricing forms on each call and maintain clean work areas.
• Explain services to customers and ensure satisfaction with work performed.
• Demonstrate a safety-conscious attitude on job sites and while driving.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.
• Ensure jobs are completed correctly to minimize callbacks.

Job Summary

A plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

Job Duties

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
• Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
