Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is looking for lead or junior plumbers to service, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems for our clients. You will use company-approved pricing, maintain a clean job site, and ensure work quality meets our standards.

Ideal candidates hold a state plumbing license, can clearly explain services to customers, and maintain safety and professionalism on every call. We offer competitive pay, ongoing training, and a supportive team in a positive work

Qualifications

• Valid plumbing license as required by state.
• Experience serving residential clients preferred.
• Ability to read and explain pricing and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes company-approved pricing on each call.
• Wears floor savers and maintains a neat work area during repairs.
• Tests all aspects of the job before leaving to ensure proper operation.
• Explains services performed to clients and ensures satisfaction.
• Maintains a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Keeps vehicle clean inside and outside at all times.

Job Summary

A lead or junior plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

Job Duties

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
• Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
• Lead & Junior Plumbers preferred applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence
• Sign on bonus is based on experience

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
