Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Winchester, VA is seeking skilled plumbers to provide 6-star residential service. You will start each day in a company van, review schedules on company devices, and perform repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting with clear customer communication.

You’ll record notes and ensure payment at job close, taking pride in delivering reliable, fee-based service. The role offers competitive pay ranging with potential performance bonuses, a signing bonus, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of verifiable residential plumbing experience.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and can pass a drug test/background check.
• Willing to work flexible hours (including on-call shifts as needed).
• Take pride in appearance and professionalism.
• Confidently communicate with customers and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Start your day in a company van stocked and ready to roll.
• Review your schedule on your company iPad/iPhone.
• Deliver 6-star service at every home—repairs, replacements, troubleshooting.
• Communicate clearly with customers and present options.
• Record notes for the team and close out with payment collected.
