Job summary

Ricky Heath Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Macon, Georgia is seeking a skilled residential plumber to join our family‑oriented team. We offer competitive pay and a smaller, more flexible company culture that values growth and ongoing training.

You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, establish customer rapport to recommend the right services, and document estimates, invoices, and time cards with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply on the job.
• Ability to work in a positive team environment.
• Self-starter who can get the job done.
• Develop proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
• Able to pass a background check, MVR and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimate, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
